MsSQL Connector allows data from forms to be submitted to MsSQL databases. The connector also creates underlying data structure automatically for data storage like tables for forms and columns for controls with appropriate data types.
To add an MsSQL Connector to your app, follow these steps
- Go to the Connections sub-menu
- Click Add New button
- Click the MsSQL Connector button
- Fill the required fields:
|Connection Name||Yes||User defined connection name|
|Server||Yes||The server’s address (Name or IP) where the MsSQL server is hosted|
|User Id||Yes||The User ID is used to access the MsSQL server|
|Password||Yes||The Password is used to access the MsSQL server|
|Database||Yes||The database name which is to be used in this connector instance. Only one database can be used per connector instance.|
- Test the connection
- Save the connection
The MsSQL connector has been successfully added to your app.
